Danie`s Auto & Tune Up Clinic - Kimberley

I took in my Ford Tracer 1.6 8v 1996 model car to Daniel's Auto because it failed the roadworthy test, and according to RWC I needed to fix my mountings and oil leakage but according to the mechanics that were working my car they advised on other several repairs that cost me R9 603.50 which I wholeheartedly paid hoping that my car was going to be in a perfect condition after paying such an enormous amount of money. On the day in which I was called in to collect my car after paying the amount requested, when I approached my car to leave my clutch was dropped and I made them aware of it, instead of them doing it for free of charge for me because the car was still in their workshop and never had any clutch problems before as my clutch kit was replaced recently, I was then requested to pay an additional R250 for a new clutch slave cylinder.

After leaving the next day I noticed an unusual embarrassing scratchy sound like clutch disc scratching released by my car which never existed before, I took it in back for that issue and I was advised that the sound comes from the pilot shaft bearing and I immediately made them aware that this must be a return job and not billed because the pilot shaft was part of the service previously done. To cut the story short my car still produces the embarrassing sound and now an additional problem has surfaced, my entire clutch kit is a mess, my gearbox is not running smooth, gear one, two, and three struggles. I can feel it on my left passenger side when driving it produces that rough sound dragging the car and affecting its speed. Yesterday smoke was coming out of my exhaust pipe. After removing my gear? Did this mechanic even top up the gearbox oil to the correct level? Has the clutch slave cylinder properly adjusted? I am soo disappointed in their service and how the front desk staff conversed in Afrikaans to slander about me, now my car is dying slowly and I have to now leave it in my garage and save up some money from my teacher's salary to take it into the other better mechanics in Kimberley. My car is totally messed up now, I am not even confident to take it back for the third time for a return job as it seems like as I take it in, it becomes worse, with no value for money at all.
