Miss representing of specials Samsung
It was marketed to me that when I buy a Samsung S20 I will receive ears budds with. I have now after 7 months waiting to receive it...hours on the phone and speaking to how many people at Samsung....that the promo already expired when I purchased my phone. So please....when buying from Voda Wold, be carefull of being scamed by the marketing done. It seems to be nor reliable. For I was told I am buying a phone with ear buds and this did not happen.

Account mess up
Not one person can sort out my account, been told to go to Vodaworld to see if they can help, but from the reviews looks like this is not the answer.
email after email, phone call after phone call, 1001 tweets, 1001 Facebook mentions, all with the same comment : we here to help you
we so sorry to hear about your problem bla, bla, bla,. You send them all the details then NOTHING GETS DONE.
Get told by a shop assistant my daughter who has her own account with Vodacom since 1995, does not have an account, she must apply for one. And her contract number is supposed to be on my account. And she has not been paying her account, but lying to me every month as I pay her account- He went as far as to write this down- defamation of character. So if Vodacom do not have her account, but she is sent a statement and invoice every month , which is paid via debit order from her bank account- is this FRAUD. Has someone at Vodacom added her to my account, and then claims money from her every month from the account they say does not exist. When I show my 10 year old grandson all the correspondence he can tell me how to fix it ???????????

Bad service and experience with VODACOM OVER ALL
Yesterday we arrived at Vodaworld at 12H04 we left after 17H15 without a upgrade or cell phone repaired...account problem statement shows arrears while my account is in cred...the lady that assisted us was good Malulo????????????????but account dept was suppose to change status on my account and nothing was done we sit there the hole day for nothing if I there were any other SERVICES providor that have signal I were gone poor service TOBI THE ROBOT FOR VODACOM GIVE YOU BETER SERVICE THAN THE HUMANS TRYING TO TELL YOU ANY BULL????????????????????????????????

I have been trying to cancel a wifi contract that I opened for months. Challenge is trying to get through to a human. When you do get through to a human they make like they can't hear you and put the phone down. SO IRRITATED with VODACOM right now. Perhaps if someone sees a terrible review they might just contact you. Or do they care that you find the service SHOCKING!!!

I have had some trouble with my Vodacom account, due to a sales call that promised things that weren't delivered. When my line was blocked on Monday, I went to Vodaworld customer service and was assisted by Marcus, what a gem!!

Marcus escalated the matter and it was resolved the same day! He even phoned me on Tuesday to check that all was in order.

Thank you Marcus! You are an asset to the Vodacom Customer Service Team!!

It is a waste of time phoning. Your people DO NOT answer the phone. I have been trying to resolve a problem for 2 months and I just get pushed from pillar to post. No one will take responsibility. I was eventually told by someone at the call centre to phone Vodaworld. Looks like the joke's on me. The person who told me, knew that they would not answer their phone.

I CANNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR SERVICE! THERE IS NONE!!!!!!
