I was not impressed with this company's professionalism at all!
I am having an outdoor "forest" wedding and they were unable to cater for it (as the only solution they had for this arrangement was a 50m extension cord).
I very politely sent an email saying that this would unfortunately not work at our venue (as the closest power source is definitely further away than 50m) but will keep them in mind incase things change.
I then received back an EXTREMELY snotty email from the owner - Roy. The email was full of sarcasm and he ended the email off saying "well... Good luck with the rain on your wedding day" - what on earth does that have to do with hiring a DJ I ask you?
That is not how you treat potential customers- even if they've just turned your services down.
You people need a serious additude adjustment. There's no need to have immature comments back to people that don't use your services and after you pulled that act I am extremely happy about not hiring your services.

This seems very peculiar to me. As you can see from our website, we do indeed cater for events in any location. I am at a loss to explain what happened and don't recall any sarcasm at all in our correspondence. I apologise again if you indeed read any sarcasm into our responses.
