Reviews of Department Of Home Affairs - Edenvale

No-one answers the phones - I hung on for 35 minutes first for the births and deaths department, then the operator. Is this how the Department runs??

Yesterday 2013/03/04 i visited the Home Affairs Edenvale to apply for the passport, the staff was very helpful and they really made you feel welcomed it was like i'm dreaming since you always hear bad publicist about government department.

We visited the Edendale branch on the 7/1/2013. The service that we received was excellent from the moment we walked in. We applied for Id's and new passports and we didn't even wait long in the queue. Everybody was friendly and within an hour and half we were finished. This branch is the best, why can all the others be the same. I have recommended this branch to all my friends and family. What a pleasure to deal with them. The gentlement that assisted us name was Henry, he has such an positive attitude. WELL DONE TO EDENVALE BRANCH YOU ARE TOPS.
