Worst Customer service ever. So belittled!
Today at around 14:50 I was at the Wonderpark Mall shop looking for a webcam. The gentle man who assisted me with picking one up was great. MY PROBLEM AND EMBARRASSMENT WAS WHEN I GOT TO THE TILL. THE LADY WHO WAS ASSISTING ME SPOKE IN HER NATIVE TONGUE, IT WAS DEEP XHOSA OR ZULU. I ASKED HER, AS SHE CLEARLY COULD SEE THAT I AM HAVING TROUBLE UNDERSTANDING HER, WHY NOT USE ENGLISH AS I DO NOT HEAR A THING SHE IS SAYING. SHE LOOKED AT ME AS IF I DO NOT BELONG AND CONTINUED TO SPEAK IN HER NATIVE TONGUE. I FELT SO DISRESPECTED THAT I JUST TOLD HER TO FOR GET THE SALE AND I TURN AROUND AND LEFT.
I WILL NEVER, EVER, PUT MY FOOT IN A INCREDIBLE CONNECTION STORE. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IF MY LIFE!
