We booked in advanced at marilyn court for a December holiday in January 2020. In April 2020 we requested a refund as we wont able to go this year December 2020 as of the covid-19 pandemic outbreak and we have to work in December to make up for loss time. Lenie Hoy the owner was very rude and un-accommodating to myself and my husband and refuse to give us a refund!! To take a cancellation fee is more then understandable but to steal our money?? This was our first trip down there ... and believe me ... after what I experienced with Lenie Hoy we will never put foot there! We were scammed out of our money!!!! This woman doesn't deserve to even be rated a 1 star!!!! Disgusting and very Rude!!!!

Lady in the office is super rude, she needs an urgent lesson in customer service!!!

On day 5 out of 16 we were robbed of all our belongings, which we suspect was an inside job. Being unable to afford replacement clothing for the remainder of our stay, we were forced to go home early. Management was very unacommodating, refusing to even refund part of our deposit. I would not recommend Marylin Court to anyone
