In case of special dietary needs and food restrictions or allergies, the staff will require advance notification and will focus to cater accordingly. Guests are allowed to make use of main kitchen to prepare light meals. Airport shuttles and transport services to sport stadiums, hospital / clinics and shopping centres are arranged. Foreigners can be assisted in French, Portuguese (Brazil) and Zulu. Accompanied medical appointments are available upon request. Wheel-chair access to one bedroom is available. Regrettably no pets are allowed.
