Dried goods : spices, herbs and dehydrated produce are received in both raw and final packaged forms and have usually been dried either in big ventilation rooms or by the sun and are potentially contaminated with bacteria, yeasts and moulds or insects. These are pasteurised by us at the required doses for microbiological and insect control. These dried goods may be received in containers directly from the harbour. Offloading and palletising of the containers is performed by our trained staff. Finished goods are irradiated as a final step in the customer's Quality Assurance programme. Packaging materials which are sterilised by us include liner bags used in the fruit pulp industry and other packaging types used in various industries.
