Reviews of BANKFIN FINANCE BANK - Bellville

I bought a car in 2002 and financed this car and financed it at Bankfin. 2007 I paid the final instalment. I now sold the car at the end of February 2015. Have phoned, went to different Absa branches and e mailed then to the adress given by the customer services agents to get the certificate as proof that I did pay the car. At this stage the dealer now wants to give my car back I have to pay the difference due to the fact that I am unable to get this certificate to obtain registration certificate from the license dept

I am desperate for assistance from BAnkfin which the only achievement is send e mail!

I will never use Bankfin in my life again
