Trying to get registration papers...to no avail.NONE OF THE PHONE NUMBERS WORK NOR A REPLY ON EMAIL.WHATS GOING ON!EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS WHO YOU MAKE MONEY FROM!!!

I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get hold of our original Registration papers. I have faxed through a letter plus the necessary documents 3 times plus have e mailed and have had no response. When I phone the call centre, after holding on for ages, the phone then goes dead. Very, very frustrating. Is there anybody there that can be of some assistance ?
