Good day just wanted to now in a packed of 125g there is 14 wine gums for the price of R22.99. Whow can that be, and I love my wine gums. Very disappointed. Will not buy it again.

I bought a jelly tot white beacon slab yesterday with 1 jelly tot in the whole slab. ..I'm disgusted. Please tell me why I should ever buy another beacon slab? I'm cheated. ...

Good morning I purchased a few All in One chocs at our local spar and one packet contained less than half a bar of chocolate,I feel that i have to return it sealed as it is because its like paying full price for a half bread.i also realised afterwaards some of bars are smaller and lighter than the rest.please give us what we pay for...value for our money

I purchased a roll of wine gums and discovered one of them had grains of what looks like sand baked into the sweet. Really not impressed and would like a response. BB 15/04/2021 AN 15/C1/2020

I am not too sure where to lodge a complaint.... I recently purchased a packet of Beacon Anytime chocolate coated peanuts from our local Supermarket, only to discover that the bulk of the pack's peanuts are RAW (not dry and crispy). Details of the batch is as follows: MAN21/05/2019 BB21/06/2020 13:39 D TW23.
I purchase this product quite regularly and thought to advise you such that you could take the necessary remedial action. I have been involved in the food industry for many years and do realise that customer feedback, albeit negative, is always appreciated and often proves to be extremely valuable.

Hi ! I purchased a bag of beacon minis from Clicks store and they were mostly all very hard and unpleasant tasting . I have had had this issue previously with the same pack of chocs but left it as a once off. Since this is now the 2nd or 3rd time I thought I would send feedback. I have photos as well. Essentially the chocolates had a white coating and were very hard , once bitten into they crumbled and were not edible. I have tried attaching all photos but I think only one had uploaded - I can send the rest of required.

Beacon easter eggs are great,except I bought a box of easter eggs an found some eggs smashed in the box
That was not nice.....

I purchased two bags of beacon maynards, one jelly beans and the other one sour jelly beans for my daughter. She was very disappointed to see that she actually got jelly babies in her bag and NOT beans :-(
The content and packaging did not correspond!

I think the product is absolutely fabulous. Tasty and can use it forever.
