EFAF represents the dawning of a new era in the elephant-back safari business. By taming and training these amiable giants we are able to return elephants to areas which have long forgotten the excitement of seeing, hearing and smelling African elephants in so many African ecosystems.Whilst assisting conserva-tionists to address the sensitive issues surrounding elephant management in Africa today, EFAF has through its Association Charter, pledged to assist conservationists to ensure a place for elephants in Africa forever. It has become necessary in many parts of Africa for elephants and mankind to live side by side.
