Bee Community Service is a registered Non Profit Organisation specializing in the field of victim empowerment, court preparation and crime prevention. The Organisation was established in 1997 as a Section 21 Company in response to the realization that there is a poor conviction rate in criminal cases relating to child abuse and domestic violence. The "Bee" was chosen because it has been scientifically proven that aerodynamically the bumblebee is unable to fly. The bee however, says "I can!" and in a similar manner the victim of crime and abuse can overcome their trauma.
