South Africans need to join The National Tax Payers Union. They are the National Body who will assist us in court and should we loose, they are responsible for the costs involved. We make it clear that we have NO political agenda. We as the Community are prepared to serve under the ANC Government of the Republic but we REFUSE to invest any further money into the Madibeng Municipality. We insist that the National Government help us to get rid of the overpaid, incapable, incompetent, top management of Madibeng Municipality. Once you have signed your dispute form, you will pay all municipal fees into the CORPA Dispute Account . We ask all residents of Brits and Hartbeespoort to join CORPA and not to pay Madibeng for any services. Take note that once you have declared a dispute with your local municipality, in terms Article 102(2) they can not take any form of action against you.
