Since 1989, the Fitness Universe Pageant event has been televised worldwide as a competition for women and man who want to compete in the fitness arena, but also want the glamour and prestige of the beauty pageant. The Fitness SA Pageant has been going on for the last 5 years and has become the biggest Fitness Pageant in South Africa. The top competitors from this event win great prizes and qualify to go and compete abroad at the Fitness America Pageant. With this still being a growing sport in South Africa, sponsorship can only get better as we go along, and also opening it up to the Men, brings a pleasant change to the event.
