Multi-Clean Services incorporating Multi-Master Property Maintenance, is a franchised business.
The Franchisor, Mr Adam Mesham, started the business 13 years ago, when a gap in the market was identified for a Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning business for both the domestic and commercial market. Through this business, it was realised that the South African consumer demanded a better level of service – a company they could depend on and complete the work requested in a professional manner.

The module was so successful, that it was decided to expand into a franchised business, as it was felt that we could empower entrepreneurs but offer a support system based on a successful formula. Over the years, demand grew to expand into a comprehensive property cleaning and maintenance
