Terrible attitude, charged unknowing employee more for a room saying all others were full when I had already confirmed a room and price with Jorene's. No confirmation from Rina about a room upgrade but rather an account for 40% more than expected. I gave this establishment a second chance after they had tried a similar stunt before but it was to my own detriment. Stay away, Rina is rude and looking to score an extra buck from an unsuspecting guest. My staff stay at guest houses all over the country and this is the only one that has cheated me twice.
