Unprofessional service
I am not going to tell my whole story, just want to say that the service at ATKV Buffelspoort is the worst I have ever seen, lot of miserable personnel working in reception and not sure how to do their work, have to call the manager for each issue. Me and my wife are really thinking of cancelling our membership with ATKV, they don't really stand for what they say, its more like pre-school. you pay your membership every month, when you get there, they have hundreds of excuses for you not pay membership rates.
