ORANGE PROPERTY

It began in 1997 when Clarence House was bought and turned into a guest house in Cape Town. Since then Armin and Freddy developed a passion for hospitality and property related services. Both Swiss and living in South Africa are residents for several years. Armin made his studies in economics and business management in Basel, Switzerland. Afterwards he was employed with a consulting company in Zurich for Controlling and Management Consulting. In South Africa he is now working as a consultant and candidate valuer. Freddy has been working as a salesman and branch manager for hi-fi and television products in Switzerland. He has been trained in hospitality before opening the guest house at the end of 1999. Now he is operating Clarence House for many years and maintaining other properties.

He is a handy guy and knows always a creative solution to improve a property or to solve a problem. Last but not least there are other people doing the daily work at Clarence House or in connection with the maintaining of properties. They are trained on the job and are always helpful to assist and complete the work to the satisfaction of the customer.
