By having the filming team based in South Africa, an efficient and cost effective schedule can be drawn up to cover the ever-changing environment. Our contacts with environmental protection agencies and the scientific community have been built up over many years. There are a number of scientists working in South Africa on various shark and mammal species, fish, squid, oceanography, climatology etc. that can enhance the content of a documentary. We have a good working relationship with Marine and Coastal Management who issue marine related filming permits.
