Poor management and the managers appearance
Today I was shocked at Woolworths Cafe Somerset west Waterstone that the blond manageress was walking around in sneakers and gym tights. Packers are dressed neater than her.Not only did she look tacky but was more interested in joking around with staff than managing the Cafe. We frequently visit this woolworths Cafe but standards are dropping tremendously. Perhaps choose better management.
