Sumptious menus are created using natural and organic farm-grown produce. The Beloftebos team of chefs includes Corneli de Villiers, owner of Deli Delights and Catering in Hermanus and Coia de Villiers, former lecturer at the Institute of Culinary Arts, the renowned chef school at Spier, Stellenbosch. Former sous chef at five star Arabella Sheraton Hotel Leonard Fernandez completes the team. He was trained at Warrick's chef's school in Hermanus.Beloftebos offers the service of coordinating the whole experience - from renting a bedouin or marquee tent to having a donkey cart as a wedding carriage.
