Information needed on registered delegates can be produced immediately and professional administrators will be available to assist with any enquiries. All congress registrations will be acknowledged within 48 hours. We will be present at the conference for the duration of the conference to manage the entire event with attention to all the details and unique requirements of the conference. We submit budgets based on the brief from the client and produce financial reports on a monthly basis. We also assist in securing sponsorships and undertake to finalise financial statements within three months after the conference.
