Concorde currently utilises FNB, Nedbank and ABSA as the acquiring banks. A customer support centre is operated by experienced and highly trained Concorde staff are available to provide support for merchants in a range of industries. Some of these industries require access to support outside of normal office hours and support is available during these trading hours.
