Very impressed with the way they handled my enquiry. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do to help me, but they really did a great job of explaining why that was and what I could do to sort things out. I will call on them again if ever I need help because even though they didn't make a cent off me they were so willing to help.

I found Intertel at onlinebusinesslist.co.za and gave them a call early this morning. The previous person said it best, these guys are really a pleasure to deal with. They were difficult to get through to - thats the only gripe I have - I had to call a few times - but that is insignificant when taken as a whole. I didn't even think there was a solution to my issue, let alone have closure on my situation in half a day. I'm going to have the best weekend ever now that my stalker has been arrested. Thank you so much to Helene and Angela from the support at intertel.co.za and to the two detectives that went to arrest the person. You are all my heroes and I will tell everyone how super you were.

No jokes, but I actually kept trying to scroll the rating dropdown past excellent because it almost underplays the brilliant service I've just received at 4:30am from a company that was wide awake. My fiance's car was broken into last night some time and a lot of her work stuff was taken, and the support service at Intertel took my enquiry immediately and contacted my back in minutes to assist with getting the police on the scene (i'm clueless with that stuff) and coordinating with forensics people. They also arranged cell tracking to be done on the phone, but it was turned off. I don't think they can always be that on the ball - they couldn't have made any money off me with all that they did for me and the little amount they invoiced. I hope they do keep it up because thats the type of company we need around. Intertel, you have my respect and my sincere thanks.

I purchase mobile tracking software for Blackberry phone and the phone had problem with the GPS so I contact intertel.co.za and their support to me no problem I can either refund or replace on new phone. Today I contact again to make arrange for new software and they sended to me without problem. Then call me to make sure new software working good on new mobile which is also Blackberry. Software very good and also intertel.co.za good for keep there promise to me.
