I have had 2 operations at the Mediclinic and today my daughter is in the Maternity ward after a C-section. On ALL 3 occasions dinner was "forgotten" to be given to us. I have come to the obvious conclusion that this cannot be a coincidence 3 times. Where do these "missing" meals go? I suggest you do a thorough investigation as it seems they are being stolen by staff. Added to which the phone was not answered for a full 10 minutes by your staff. Not good enough!
