The six-sleeper cabin is privately situated overlooking the forested Knysna River valley. Each bedroom faces onto spectacular views overlooking the valley. The loft is situated above the lounge. Two single beds in the loft provide additional sleeping space. It can be separated from the lounge area, and also doubles as a reading room. The lounge is tastefully appointed and equipped with a compact disk player and satellite television. Indulge in a decade old bottle of the best South African red wine around the log fire, or cook up a warm dinner - you will find the kitchen well equipped with every convenience. The braai area - "braai" is the local term for a barbecue - is situated by the pool under the pines. A wooden deck extends over the valley and offers a splendid venue for sundowners, but is not for the faint hearted as it is quite a drop to the river below. Down by the riverside you may discover the peaceful contentment that has drawn many city folk to relocate to the Knysna area in recent years.
