Poor service, can't get my money back

Only If it would be possible to give zero stars for HARVEY WORLD TRAVEL EVANS PARK

WORST SERVICE UNPROFESSIONAL BATTLING TO GET MY MONEY BACK

I paid monies in full for Umrah, due the coronavirus outbreak the trip had to be canceled

I have been waiting for weeks for a refund excuses of waiting for a refund from the embassy for the visa money has been made whereas no application was done the immunization cards and photos are still with me and the application process was shut down by the embassy anyway.

We requested for proof that the hotels have been booked and paid for and was told they don't have to give us any proof.

Worst experience ever
