Based on our understanding of human nature, of the process of journeying, of the healing process, we believe that every person is a delicate and inextricable mix of body, mind and spirit. We therefore seek to bring to clients a range of therapies (or healing modalities) that engage the body-mind-spirit triad without being dogmatic or instructional. The length and number of sessions vary depending on the needs and nature of the issues being worked on. All sessions take place within a confidential and caring atmosphere.
