I have being experiencing serious problems with nina rix at hr. Trying to resolve an injury on duty that happened almost 4 years ago.

The accounts have not been paid. I had to appear in court. The legal department is supposedly involved yet nothing had happened.

Such shocking and incompetent performance.

Why is it such a huge problem to IRP5 from clicks group? I have been taken from pillar to post for IRP5. SARS is in urgent need of who can help because it looks like everybody doesn't know about and it really p....off. even sometimes regret why did I work for this company. Please help and thank you in advance for your help. Contact ********

Good Day Nina Rix, HR Managers, Senior Managers and HR Group Director Bertina Engelbrech of the Clicks group ,
I am stepping in to assist an employee whom was dismissed by Clicks Pharmacy, Parklands. It is disappointing to note that the well-being of an employee who has been dismissed, during February 2015 is still struggling to get her IRP5 (2015-16) and completed UI19 with a salary Schedule as per Unemployment Insurance Act,63 of 2001 Act. This ex -employee has been ill since her dismissal and is now only able to apply for her benefits and sort out her tax. HR management at branch and regional level ,gives abrupt or no answers.
She needs the following urgently;
1. SARS IRP5 for 2015/16 which reflects her pension payout.She requested the SARS documents a week ago from Nina Rix -Regional HR Manager,who did not even acknowledge receipt.
2. Clicks failed to follow due process by not completing the attached forms regarding compliance in terms of the Department of Labour, section 56 of unemployment Act 63 of 2001 . No documentation was e-mailed to the Department of Labour. I then sent by attaching the letter from the Department of Labour because without it the unemployed person cannot claim UIF due to her.
I get the following response from Ms Rix-

Good day

1. The IRP 5 for the fund pay-out needs to be requested from the administrators of the fund (NMG), and once received I will forward to Cindy.
2. I have previously issued the UI 19, however I will recomplete and send with the IRP 5 once received.

No apology or indication of how long this unemployed person has to wait. I incidently CC`d the Group HR Executive Bertina Engelbrecht.I will not hold my breath because no-one cares despite their claim in to the public.

I was in Clicks in Shelly centre today to get the most appalling service ever in a clicks.
We waited 10 minutes at a display cabinet the get a facial spa set.
My husband went to find someone although in the same aisle there were 2 staff members one unpacking the other on his cell phone.
when a young lad came that my husband fetch he had to locate the keys and hey ho could not work the locks, by this time 20 minutes had passed and we not got what we were looking for. We proceeded to the tills which had 3 tellers that were moving a such a slow pace there was a long queue but that did not concern them at all behind the 3 tellers was a supervisor texting on her cell phone not concerned about the slow strike taking place or the customers.
I aproarched her and she could not see that ringing 3 items by scanning should not take 8 minutes.
I do suggest you turn your air cons down to 20 degree so your staff can wake up and also preventing airborne germs like TB which you will be likely to get in these long non moving queues if your are immune compromised .Maybe fired your supervisor as she sets the example to staff.

Hopefully our next visit will see a vast improvement

Phone Langeberg mall clicks farmacy and requested that they make up my mothers medicine in a parcel to pick it up-they were always able to provide all the medicine that was requested and I never have to wait for it-thank you for your exellent service to the public !!!

Clicks Brackenhurst Gauteng is a disgrace
Sat 30th January they opened at9.15am
customers told they cant open the store until a pharmacist is present
Never heard so much rubbish in my life
The unfortunate thing is they NEVER open on time

Unprofessional service from clicks waverley. Really bad service for a head pharmacist to start screaming at me in front of other customers.

I took a prescription to Clicks in Mall of the North in Pietersburg then end of June 2015.
Due to no stock I received a substitute which I accept because that was the first time I used that Clicks.
End of July I had to accept the substitute for the same reason. No stock. Me. REBA NAILANA order the correct medication which I received end of August.
Today 28th September the answer is no stock.
Me Nail and told me will phone the suppliers. They do have stock she ordered 2 boxes it will be there tomorrow. I live 380 km from Pietersburg. I will not be in Pietersburg tomorrow. When I asked to find some at another Clicks. She told me if the other branches do have I must go there myself.
Either somebody don't do there job or there is no system to order the correct medication for the monthly prescriptions.
I am very disappointed in Clicks in the Mall of the North. How long will it take for that branch to realise there is a customer that use Aropac CO 25mg.
