I was in Clicks in Shelly centre today to get the most appalling service ever in a clicks.
We waited 10 minutes at a display cabinet the get a facial spa set.
My husband went to find someone although in the same aisle there were 2 staff members one unpacking the other on his cell phone.
when a young lad came that my husband fetch he had to locate the keys and hey ho could not work the locks, by this time 20 minutes had passed and we not got what we were looking for. We proceeded to the tills which had 3 tellers that were moving a such a slow pace there was a long queue but that did not concern them at all behind the 3 tellers was a supervisor texting on her cell phone not concerned about the slow strike taking place or the customers.
I aproarched her and she could not see that ringing 3 items by scanning should not take 8 minutes.
I do suggest you turn your air cons down to 20 degree so your staff can wake up and also preventing airborne germs like TB which you will be likely to get in these long non moving queues if your are immune compromised .Maybe fired your supervisor as she sets the example to staff.

Hopefully our next visit will see a vast improvement
