We are pensioners who have moved from Witbank to Pretoria.
In Witbank we got super service and had no problems with chronic script medication.
However we now get our meds from Clicks at Woodhill and the service is atrocious!
Every month we get a script for Targyn Act 20/40 and Clicks Woodhill never have the correct amount to dispense. On the 18/07/2017 we got a added Diabetic tablet prescribed as my husband`s sugar levels were uncontrolled. No stock in the pharmacy. Targyn act 60 was prescribed and we only got 16.
Today on the 24/07/2017 I went to fetch the outstanding meds and :Sorry no stock" yet again!!!
We are pensioners who have very limited funds and have a petrol budget. Now we have to go all the way (30 kilom. for a 3rd time.
Please can you look into this matter

Asked a store assistant where the alarm clocks were and she said you didn't sell such things! When I looked disbelieving she asked another assistant who confirmed this fact.. needless to say, I went walk-about and found three shelves full. Totally irritated I called the manager and lo and behold, she was the 1st assistant I asked.. so bad for business!! How can your staff be so badly trained? Shameful..

Clicks - The Village Mall, Moreletapark, Wekker street, PTA.
I think that the service and support, pertaining to complaints and issues, is absolutely TERRIBLE. I was just at the shop, the Manager is not even there, so I couldn't speak to the Manager and the Manager has no email address. Their system is experiencing difficulties, but the lady at the till said : " let us try to put your card through. My card goes through TWICE and I know this because I receive sms's, but I cannot get my goods I actually now paid for TWICE, which is almost R800.00 ". Now I am out of pocket, nobody can give me any proof that my transaction will be reversed. I was told " you would just have to wait and see ". The most TERRIBLE service and to top it off, the lady at the till laughs at me because I " lost my temper".

i am appalled by the pricing structure at your clicks stores , not ONCE but 3 times in as many weeks i have been overcharged on 3 different products , ranging from an overcharge of R9 up to R11 per item .So now instead of getting annoyed i will stop shopping at cliks as i cant be bothered to wk around the stores with a notebook making a note of prices for articles i buy. it is disgusting that a company your size can hide behind the computer as your gentleman from Sandton store was proud to announce, the computer ONLY does what is fed into it

Clicks is noted for not updating their prices and every single time I went into the Norkem Park Clicks, I was over charged at the tills. Imagine how many people get cheated, especially the elderly.

I already got 3x the wrong medicine.
I am on the sms list for my meds for the quick pick up - waited 45min!!!!
I need my script for Discovery, spoke to Gerda, she cannot find the 2 scripts for my Chronic Meds - only 1 script/
I need this scripts for Discovery to go overseas.
I will fax it, 3hours later still no fax and only 1 script.
do not phone me, let me know, nnnooooo I must phone everytime
I think it is a disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i was at diskem, did not have any problems.
maybe just easier to go back!

I don't trust them anymore those who make up the doctors scripts I shall change and go somewhere else

Good morning

I had a very bad experience at Clicks Gezina Pretoria. Every month I get Neomercazel for my overactive thyroid. In January I got it like ussauly only this time the tablets were white and bigger than the light orange small once. I ask the lady pharmisis at the counter why this is different and she replied that it was generic and they don't have the original once. So I believed her as she has got the medical qualifications....

On Sunday morning I took one as the old once were finished. It was within minutes I felt very bad and start getting confused, if my son didn't arrive there i don't know what would have happened to me. He rushed me to Hospital where they told my son I OD ....without checking me properly...

I went to my GP on Monday where she diagnosed that it was sugar tablets Metformin....I was terrible sick and was off work for 3 days no pay..as I am temping. How unprofessional is Clicks personal they can be your death warrant....I am not going to leave it here as I feel it could have been my life and how many others

Hope I can get answers on these unprofessional people working at your company

buy product from them a cell phone that is faulty, refuse to replace it in days after purchase, neither would a refund be done. Phone to be send in for repairs and waiting period is 30 days.

Hi. I recently miscarried and was given a prescription for cytotec to remove everything from my womb.

I had to choose that over a d&c as i have no medical aid and cannot afford it.

I hastened to clicks at Southdale, Robertsham in Johannesburg on Sunday (20/11/2016) and was given cyclocapron- a medication that stops bleeding during a normal pregnancy.
I didn't think to double check the name as a qualified pharmacist assisted me and i took the first dose of three tablets.

If my father in law, a gp, didn't visit me and i didn't show him my medication, I would have continued taking the wrong one!

I could only go back to clicks the next day and by then taking the correct ones didn't help at all!!!

Thanks to the ineptitude of the pharmacist i am at great risk of developing a fatal infection ,and I cannot afford the medical bills!

Nevertheless, due to this horror story neither i, or my family and friends will never trust Clicks Pharmacy ever again.

Oh come on CLICKS!Normally when you advertise specials you actually have the stock.
As a sales rep I go up and down the South Coast of Natal,and doing so frequent a lot of
clicks stores.You advertised 500ml Bioplus for R89.95 and not one of your stores had stock.
Amazingly though when special was over the shelves were full up again,the next day.
Not like your name brand to try and con customers this way!!Not Happy!

I have been having a problem with getting my heart chronic meds since Sep'16. The problem was with the medical aid. In the month I went from pharmacy to pharmacy facing the same problem. When I finally went back Clicks Thabong in Sebokeng Gauteng. I faced the same problem again. But the Pharmacists there took it upon themselves to contact the medical aid and enquire. The lady by the name of Adele was so patient with me. She did her best to ensure that I leave the store satisfied. Even though I did not receive my meds, I am very grateful to Adele and her patner. Clicks will go far with employees like them. They are passionate with what they do. They really love n respect their job n patients. I will forever b grateful to Clicks for such people.
Keep it up Clicks. Be assured of my loyalty.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Clicks Clinic staff in Shelly beach for the wonderful way they handled everything on both the days I went for my covid19 vaccinations It was wonderful to have this service.
