About the product
I am APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) trained. My approach consists of a progressive repertoire of mat based exercises which target the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine to improve core stability and posture. Pilates suits all ages and fitness levels and can be particularly beneficial to people with back pain, poor posture and after pregnancy.

We do both individual and class pilates sessions. Classes are currently run on a Monday 6.30pm, Tuesday 8.30am, Wednesday 4pm and Thursday 9am.
