KHWEBO Consulting is a 30% black owned, a level 4 contributor and is a 100% local business established in 2006. KHWEBO has a One-Stop Enterprise and Supplier Development Incubator with customised mentorship and skills programmes, our head office is situated at 223 Beyers Naude Drive, Rustenburg.
The incubation program includes an induction and baseline assessment developed by business, financial and personal development experts. Mentors engage with entrepreneurs on a 1-on-1 basis and the program also include group training programs and 2 – 4 workshops per month. Workshop topics include:
Project Management, Financial Management, Marketing and Sales, Tenders and Quotations, Planning & Goal Setting, Health & Safety, Human Resources, Access to Finance, Personal Development, etc.
The KHWEBO CRM ™, a cloud-based automated management software program was developed by Khwebo to manage Mentors and Mentorship projects nationally from a centralized office. It is hosted in Germany on one of the fastest virtual servers available, with 2tb of dedicated server space. The KHWEBO CRM ™ was developed over a period of 2 years specifically to manage and monitor the mentorship and incubation process from start to finish. It was designed to allow all stakeholders in a Mentorship or Enterprise Development Program to allocate scheduled tasks with budgets to assessors and mentors with real time progress monitoring, feedback and reporting. The Incubation Process is task and activity based and all clients receive access to the system in order to monitor progress and interact in real time. There is an SMS notification and meeting reminder system for mentors and clients.
