The SEAL Water Tech 20 inch whole house filter unit connects to the main water supply of the house and remove 98% of chlorine and sediment (rust, dirt, etc) in the water, leaving you with SAFE chlorine and sediment free water throughout your home.
SEAL Water Tech Whole House Filtration units are sold with 1 KDF Filter (5 micron) and a Sediment filter (5 micron, Polypropylene or Pleated).
KDF filter cartridges will reduce or remove chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, iron, mercury, lead, magnesium, chromium and up to 98% of water-soluble cations (positively-charged ions) of lead, mercury, copper, nickel, chromium, and other dissolved metals.
Whilst removal rates depend on a number of factors, more than 98% of chlorine is removed by KDF filtration media.
