About the product
The oXo face shield provides an additional layer of protection for medical staff and essential workers during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in South Africa. The first batch of shields were designed and manufactured on order for a Cape Town hospital, and we are now gearing up for the production of larger quantities in order to satisfy the demand from hospitals, grocery stores, and other institutions that employ frontline workers across South Africa.
Designed for environments and procedures where risk of exposure to bodily fluids, blood, airborne droplets or splashing may occur, the visor significantly reduces the exposure to the Corona virus for healthcare workers, essential workers and others on the Covid-19 Frontline. Private individuals may also choose to protect themselves through the use of face masks and visors.
Weighing in at less than 80g, our visors are ultra-lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time. The adjustable headstrap ensures a perfect fit, and the visor can be worn with or without glasses or goggles.
