About the product
Our team will access your entire system,(if accessible), from canopies, filters, ducting, extraction fans and pizza oven chimneys (if accessible); In some cases we will create access panels in order to gain access into the ducting or fans. We also check & maintain your system as required.
Scope of work (Canopy extraction systems):
- Canopies: The removal of all built up cooking grease in the extract canopies, internally and externally.
- Filters: All canopy filters are deep cleaned in order to improve airflow.
- Ducting: The implementing of providing access panels in order to move through, where possible through the ducting, removing all grease deposits and then resealing the access panels for future access.(If Accessible)
- Extraction: All accessible fans will be de-greased, including blades, housings and discharge units. Motors are inspected for bearing wear or blade imbalance.( if Accessible )
