I L Sand Logistics follow a set of strict, technical procedures in compliance with current legislation and in particular, the City of Cape Town: Integrated Waste Management By-law, 2009. As an accredited Waste Services Provider we regularly report on volumes and categories of waste that we diverted from landfilling, on behalf of our Clients.
We are committed to providing a Safe and Healthy working environment and operate as per the terms of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, (No.59 of 2008), known as the “Waste Act’’. We will provide you with all the necessary legal paper work, making it easy for our customer, to also compile waste reports if required.
Clean Building Rubble disposal is FREE and consists of concrete chunks, broken bricks, sand, stone, cement plaster, and similar inert materials but excluding paper, plastic, asbestos cement, organic waste, wood, glass, and metal. Always remember that Builders Rubble when contaminated by more than 10%; is then regarded as mixed waste and disposal fees will be incurred. Please do not contaminate the Rubble with empty cement bag, paint tins, wood, paper, plastic, paintbrushes, garden waste, etc.
