Need For Workshop
Because we understand the requirements associated with Property Management inside out, and that it benefits every owner and occupant in the scheme if the trustees have a basic understanding of sectional title scheme management and are trained in the duties and functions related to their role.
Fitzanne Estate has put together a one-day training workshop to address this need. The workshop will give you practical hands on experience in dealing with and managing a Body Corporate.
Why you need to attend
The training is targeted at everyone involved in Sectional Title (Trustees, Owners, Estate Agents, Buyers … etc), as well as those who have future plans which include the potential encounter with sectional Title.
The training looks at the body corporate and its role and responsibilities as well as those of the different role players such owners, trustees, chairperson and the managing agent. It then goes on to look at funding and the raising of levies as well as decision making at meetings. Scheme rules and dispute resolution are also touched on.
Whether you are a trustee or an owner in a sectional title scheme, you need the knowledge to perform your duties and protect your interests.
