Standard Programs: If you just need a guide to get you to the finish line.

Standard programs are fantastic because of their:
Simplicity: Download and print out the program.
Ease of Use: It's a manual process. Record your daily data on the weekly training sheet. Tick off the completed sessions.
Progress Monitoring: Compare your daily metrics with the previous week's to gauge your progress

Standard Training Programs include an initial Test Week, blocks of Training Weeks, pre-race Taper Week(s) and a post-race Recovery Week.
The programs are structured according to current training methods and are periodised in terms of volume and intensity. The training sessions are fun, but challenging.

Your Training Program Weekly Sheet allows you to record your body's daily metrics and training hours for both Morning and Afternoon sessions.

In the Test Week, we will calculate your personal Heart Rate Training Zones based on the results you send us.

All Standard Program Training Zones are prescribed in Heart Rate Zones; the benefits of each Heart Rate Zone is explained in the document attached to the training program.

Should you prefer your Training Zones to be expressed in Power Output (watts) or Pace (min/km), please contact us through the website after downloading your program.
