WHJ PROJECTS uses a power tool known as a con-saw or road saw for the cutting of concrete, masonry, bricks, tiles, asphalt and other solid materials. Dependent on the job required for your concrete cutting, it can be a small hand held cut off saw, or for the bigger concrete cutting job, a big walk behind saw. The saw blades used on concrete cutting saws are diamond saw blades or abrasive cut off wheels. This is because the friction generated in cutting hard substances like concrete usually require the blades to be cooled to prolong their life and reduce dust.
