The Miris Dairy Milk Analyzer (DMA) is a cost-effective mid infrared instrument for fast milk and cream analyses.
Simple, fast and direct milk analyses, make optimal steering of production possible, such as, monitoring milk fat and protein content when producing various dairy product. Today many producers are using either time-consuming chemical analysis (Gerber, Kjeldahl, etc.) or advanced expensive analysis instruments. Miris Dairy Milk Analyzer offers an excellent alternative to both types of analyses. Both IDF (International Dairy Federation) and AOAC International (Association of Official Analytical Chemists) have approved the Mid (IR) technology for milk analysis. With Miris Dairy Milk Analyzer, production is more effective and quality is ensured with this fast, inexpensive and very reliable analysis.
Fat, protein, lactose, solids non fat and dry matter are predicted accurately using a single sample. The instrument has a small footprint, and can be easily integrated into a production line or in the laboratory for production management.
