Job Requirements

• Develop and maintain sound technical knowledge in respect of the Company’s coffee machine offering, including the following machine types:
  • Domestic
  • Vending
  • Commercial

• Accurately diagnose and meet customers’ service, maintenance, and training needs.
• Complete coffee machine installations.
• Service, maintain and clean customers’ coffee machines, both at the workshop and on site at customers.
• Provide customer training.
• Maintain accurate records of hours spent, work completed, and parts used.
• Conduct monthly and annual stock counts on equipment and spares.
• Monitor stock levels in terms of spares and consumables.
• Update the National Coffee Technical Manager on work performed, customer requests, spares and consumables requirements, and difficulties encountered.

• Ability to work methodically, autonomously and to a high standard.
• Good communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills, including customer liaison.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.
• Attention to detail.
