Requirements:
- Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic or Fitter qualification.
- Proven experience in workshop management and production oversight, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to heavy-duty vehicle filters.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement processes and negotiation.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality excellence.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
