• Must be computer literate with excel and administration skill
• A proven internal sales track record is a requirement for this position
• Technical knowledge related to construction and mining processes would be a bonus.
• Proficiency on excel and word

• This professional must convert pre-qualified leads and generate new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience
• Close new accounts by answering telephone and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information
• Fills orders, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs.
• Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
• Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
• Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
• Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
• Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
