Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC engineering and management.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC design and standards.
- Project management experience.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HVAC department’s operations, including sales, estimating, engineering, contracting, commissioning, and site-related tasks.
- Develop and implement innovative HVAC solutions.
- Design HVAC products (Air Handling Units, Rooftop Units, Condensing Units) to meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure ISO 9001 quality management system compliance.
