Detail:We are looking for a dedicated and driven Internal Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate would have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of computer literacy. Hydraulic experience would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and respond effectively to customer inquiries and requirements.

Research and recommend appropriate product alternatives based on cost, availability, or specifications.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product database including costs and selling prices.

Respond to customer inquiries with detailed quotations either telephonically or in written form.

Communicate pricing details, discounts, credit terms, and product availability in line with company policies.

Track scheduled shipments and handle back orders to ensure timely delivery.

Address customer complaints and facilitate returns in accordance with the company's policies.

Requirements:

• 2-years experience in Internal Sales
• Hydraulic experience advantageous (training will be provided)

Salary: R12 000 – R13 000 per month; plus pension and medical aid

On-site based in Kempton Park
