Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering degree, diploma, or trade test with managerial experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in mining, agriculture, or construction.
• Track record of progressing from workshop to management roles.
• Strong technical skills, including reading engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with production planning and health/safety regulations.
• Basic financial acumen is a plus.
