Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; preference for a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven success in surpassing automotive parts sales targets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts, including brands, models, and compatibility.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in delivering persuasive sales presentations and negotiation.
• Self-motivated with a strong sales drive and work ethic.
• Capable of excelling both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel.
