To be successful, you will possess:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-centric retail environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Passion for interior design, furniture, and homeware products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly.
• A professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

A relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design is a strong advantage.
